- Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM daily; last jet-ski launch 6 PM

- Age Rules: Drivers 18+ (16-17 with boater-safety card); passengers 8+

- Deposit: $250 damage hold per ski (refunded on safe return)

- Cancellation: 24-hour window for full refund; weather-related cancellations rescheduled/refunded

- Group Events: Up to 8 skis, custom corporate packages, bachelor/ette outings

- Certifications: All guides are CPR/First-Aid & Illinois DNR boater-safety certified
